REFUND POLICY
We offer simple Exchange/Return policy, you can exchange/return your product within 14 days of products delivery.
The selling price of the products at the time of sale will only be considered for Exchange/Refund.
If the product is delivered faulty or in damage condition then replacement of the same product will be provided.
Due to any reason if the orders is not shipped from Buddyeye warehouse then order will get cancelled and full refund will be processed to the source account for the prepaid orders.
We would like to suggest the customers that don't take the delivery of the parcels if they are partially tempered/Damaged.
After opening of the package if the product is damaged then please write to us on support@buddyeye.com within same dale of the product received. if customer fails to register issue in the same frame time no refund/replacement will be processed.
Exchange will be processed once the previous product is picked by the courier service.
Refund will be provided in your source account once product is picked up by the courier service.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RS.100 WILL BE CHARGED FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN REQUEST
